India is all set to witness its first sports film festival. Tiger Paw Films Festival, in association with All Sports Los Angeles Film Festival, will be held in New Delhi from August 27-29. Currently the selection process for the festival is underway. “At present, the jury — hitherto undisclosed — is sitting and selecting the films. There are seven categories like super shot film, super short documentary, short film, short documentary, feature documentary, news feature for news channel.
Five films will be selected in each category. The last day for entry is June 30. The selected films will be announced in the first week of August,” said organiser Sundeep Mishra.
The Film Festival will open on August 27 and end with the awards ceremony on August 29. The timings of the Festival would be from 2pm-9pm.

Hit Claudius Hitby Joydeep Mukherjee have been sent as entries.
